Our family

Such a lovely wedding and such a lovely family...I am so lucky to be a part of such a wonderful family. They have always been so good to me and we are so happy for Colin & Elizabeth. Welcome Elizabeth! Mike & Penny (Opa & Oma) you did a great job of raising two wonderful sons...they married great women!! :)

They are great at finding entertainment...the girls are jumping on the hotel beds with Chris' cousin, Kirsten. It was so much fun to see all of Chris' family...what a nice group of people!

Colorado Pumpkin Patch

Colorado is amazing...the day after we got there we got to go to this cute pumpkin patch in the nice warm sun. The day after, it snowed! Do you like the girls' shirts? I made them and our neighbor made the skirt for Ali...we outfitted 9 girls in the neighborhood between my shirts and her skirts!! :)

The girls!! The bride-to-be, Elizabeth, with Oma, Ali, Lizzie and me. We got to follow Ali throught the corn maze and pick out pumpkins while the guys (Colin, Chris, and Opa) enjoyed the afternoon golfing.

Back in Colorado

It was SO much fun to go back to Colorado for a week to celebrate Chris' brother's wedding! Colin and Elizabeth chose the perfect setting...Boulder was so beautiful....especially with snow that weekend! :)

Frontera Grill

Our last night...we went to a comedy show at The Second City and then put our name on the waiting list at Frontera Grill. The chef, Rick Bayless, won the Iron Chef Masters show and his restaurant is SO popular that we waited three and a half hours to eat!! We mostly just walked around the neighborhood and stopped at other restaurants and had lots of drinks while waiting!! SO...I was just a bit drunk when we finally sat down to eat at 9:30pm! (That's why there are so many pictures!!) :) It was wonderful gourmet Mexican food...Chris' mole was amazing!
