Easter at Purina Farms

Caroline, Lillian, Ali, Lizzie, and Isabelle at Purina Farms...it's such a great place...with all sorts of farm animals and a daily dog show...and it's FREE! We love it!

This time of year there were baby chicks, bunnies, piglets, and lots of fun animals to look at and pet.

Elizabeth doesn't like to walk on her own yet even though she can. Usually she holds up a hand so that we can help her balance as she walks...but here she is holding onto Alexandra in the walker...or maybe Ali is just relaxing and going for a ride while Lizzie pushes??!! (Kind of like that picture of Colin pulling Chris in the wagon??)

Neighborhood friends

We've gone to Pizza Hut a few times this winter during the week with our neighbor friends (kids 3 and under eat free at the pizza buffet!) The people there look at us like we are crazy bringing 10 kids with 4 adults! Here are the little girls...Aiden and Elizabeth

We also had a Happy Hour Play Date...the neighbors came with kids and spouses on a Friday night. We had lots of fun with all the kids, Dads, and some wine!!

More spring break craziness!

What else did we do all week? The girls find lots of things to keep us busy! Here they are enjoying rearranging and playing with all of our Easter decorations. I am so excited for Easter this year...we are having a neighborhood Easter egg hunt/Brunch at our house and Alexandra is SO excited to wear her pretty dress! (I made the table runner in the background and Oma made the cute wooden bunny on the shelf!!)

Ali asks..."Can we play 'Weeee'?" And it's not the Wei you may be thinking...we are not that high tech yet. No, it's sitting in Daddy's work chair and spinning around and around yelling "Weeeee"!!!!!

Spring Break!

Alexandra was on Spring Break last week from preschool and though we didn't go anywhere like the beach in Florida or Mexico, we did do fun things like....play in Ali's favorite hiding space behind the big chair (aka Ariel's grotto where she hides human objects!)

Elizabeth seemed to like it for a few minutes...she'll try anything if her big sister is doing it!

Unfortunately we don't have swimming weather yet...but that didn't stop the girls from trying on their suits and taking a "play bath" (as opposed to a required bath which includes washing hair!) You are the most beautiful bathing beauties I've seen!! :)
